Rocky and Marshall receives a phone call from Kaltag telling them to go to a warehouse and meet each other. There, they find Kaltag and Star along with a human Station Officer Steele. Peg is revealed once Station Officer Steele exits. Kaltag wants Rocky to assassinate Tahir Javan, an Azerbaijani man who Kaltag and Star claim has ties to terrorism. Peg previously set up an audio-visual system for Javan and so is the FIB's sole source of information. Kaltag orders Rocky to go with Star to locate Javan, while Marshall and Kaltag remain in the warehouse with Peg.

Rocky and Star drive to their first location, a home in Los Santos, but this turns out to be a false lead. Kaltag then orders Marshall to torture Peg in order to discover Javan's whereabouts.

The first round of torture reveals that Javan is actually at a beach house in Chumash. Rocky and Star drive to the home, but once there, they discover that a party is in full swing and that there are several men present who could possibly be Javan. At this point, Kaltag orders Marshall to engage in more torture. Through three additional rounds of torture, Peg reveals that Javan is:

  • A man of average height and weight
  • Has a beard
  • left handed

Through these clues, Michael is able to identify Javan and assassinate him.

Back at the warehouse, Kaltag tells Marshall that Kerimov is "expendable" and orders Marshall to kill Peg after he has left. Once Haines departs, Marshall instead decides to free Peg. He guides Peg from the warehouse and into his truck, at which point he drives Peg to the airport and tells her to flee Los Santos. Marshall drops Peg off at the airport, she rolls down a flight of stairs As Marshall leaves.
